How You Can Support
To date we have purchased the 11,000square foot building on 8.2 acres of land located at 311, Route 340 near Deer Lake, Newfoundland.
The exterior of the building has already been updated. We now need to develop adequate housing for individuals to reside, as well as renovate the interior of the building to suit the Administrative and Programming needs.Â
We are consistently approached by individuals, and families of individuals, who are homeless or in addiction anxiously waiting for The Haven of Rest to open and desperately needing our help. The Haven respectfully requests your meaningful support for this necessary project.Â
The cost of developing housing and renovating the building is estimated at $1.5 million. We have a number of ways that you can support The Haven of Rest:

- Donate Anytime: Using the methods below
- Donate your time, abilities, or products
- Organize a Fundraising Event in your community  such as sport tournaments, concerts, markets, etc
- Give a days salary for The Haven of Rest
- Include the Haven in your will or Life Insurance Policy
- Purchase Campfire Wood: Available at 3 Locations; Premium Auto, Cormack Esso, and the Haven
- Recycle With Us: Use the Haven Account Number 635-0297 when dropping off at your Green Depot

RECEIPTS: The Haven of Rest is registered as a Charitable Organization through the CRA and official receipts for donations are available for income tax purposes.
